Project Background
Central Waste was a startup focused on revolutionizing the mobile waste compaction industry.
As the lead developer, I built both the mobile application used by field technicians and the web dashboard used by franchise owners to manage their operations.
Mobile Application
The Flutter-based mobile app was designed for simplicity and speed. Technicians could view their daily route, navigate to customer locations, and document service completion with photos - all within a streamlined workflow optimized for one-handed use in the field.
